A·T Bistro, short for Au Troisieme, is a neighborhood bistro located in Preston Center. Owner, Bobby Pollette is born and raised in Kailua Kona Hawaii. Bobby began cooking at the Four Seasons when he was just 16. Not knowing much about food, other than he wanted to become a chef, he was mentored and trained there, influencing his unique take on flavor profiles now. Our Private Dining Room is nestled behind our kitchen, speak-easy-style. Featuring a 600 bottle wine cellar wall, a granite table top, stunning wall paper, and french blue paneling this is the perfect spot to dine with your friends, business partners, or family.
